Account Data
Your name, email address, date of birth and login credentials, collected when you register and used to create and secure your account.
Personal details, payment information and the identity documents you submit for verification are used only to operate and protect this platform. This policy explains what we collect, why an online dating background check matters under U.S. law, and how you can access or remove your data at any time.
Collection
We collect only what is needed to build a working profile, confirm identity and keep the platform secure.
Your name, email address, date of birth and login credentials, collected when you register and used to create and secure your account.
Photos, biographical details, and the government-issued identity document and live photo you submit so a moderator can confirm you are who you say you are.
Device type, browser, IP address and general activity on the platform, used to keep the service running smoothly and to detect suspicious behavior.
Purpose
Every use of your data ties back to running the platform, keeping members safe, or supporting your account.
U.S. law governs how international matchmaking platforms handle disclosures between American members and foreign nationals. Under the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA), U.S. citizens using an international marriage broker must undergo a background check disclosing any criminal history, including domestic violence, sexual offenses and other violent crimes, and foreign national members must receive information about their legal rights in the U.S. before marriage takes place.
Online dating platforms such as this one may not technically meet IMBRA's strict legal definition of an international marriage broker, since we provide a platform for connection rather than arranging marriages directly. We still take these disclosure principles seriously in how we handle verification data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Billing details are transmitted over encrypted connections when you purchase credits or a membership plan. The platform does not store your full card number on its own servers, and each charge appears on your account statement as an itemised entry so you can review exactly what was billed. If a charge looks unfamiliar, our support team can help you review it.
